Someone in Nova Scotia thought they were buying a dog online from someone in Thunder Bay…they were wrong.
RCMP say the seller said they would send the golden retriever to the person in the Halifax region by air.
The victim ended up paying a total of $2,800 and when that person was asked for extra money for insurance, that’s when police were called.
An investigation is underway.
