LISTEN: Remembering The It Store

With Intercity Shopping Centre cautiously re-opening on Friday (see tweet below), today we got on the subject of some classic ISC stores.

I definitely saw some risque cards at that store that weren’t made for the eyes of a young boy! I’m pretty sure I scored a sweet E.T. stuffy there as well. It was always one of my favourite stops when we hit the mall. Right up there with the toy sections of Zellers and Sears, and Laura Secord for a chocolate chip ice cream!!!

Although I can’t go to The It Store anymore, or San Francisco for that matter, I’m glad I still have to Spencer’s Gifts for all of my novelty needs!
