It appears a hydraulic leak is the reason why Arthur Street was closed for a short time.
A number of workers cleaning up a mess by Syndicate Avenue told us it wouldn’t be long before the road was open again between May and Syndicate.
Where the leak came from is not known at this time.
A powdered substance was used to get rid of the liquid.
