For a brief moment all the ships in Thunder Bay’s harbour could be heard blaring their horns in support of everyone working on the sea during COVID-19.
It was an international event, at noon local time Friday, with ships around the world taking part, including the Glenada anchored at Thunder Bay.
The local Chamber of Shipping adds the horns sounding together was to bring attention to the essential work done by those working at sea to bring essential goods and services to those who need it.
