No COVID-19 deaths have been reported by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit for its coverage area.
There is an obituary in Wednesday’s edition of the Chronicle Journal which seems to imply a death due to the virus, but the health unit tells us that is a misprint because of a period, instead of a comma.
The health unit tells us the obituary should read “Due to COVID-19, celebration of life will be held at a later date.”
