Catholic Teachers To Strike Again Next Week

The Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association has announced it will be doing rotating walk-outs starting next week.

In northwestern Ontario, strike action is being taken next Tuesday by Catholic school teachers in Thunder Bay, Kenora, and Red Lake

This follows a one-day walkout by all teacher’s unions on Friday.

OECTA says it does have negotiations planned for tomorrow with provincial representatives and the Catholic Trustees Association.

The teachers remain at loggerheads with the Ford government over issues like class sizes and salary.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
