Police have a presence around the Midtown Inn on Cumberland Street.
There were at least 6 vehicles parked around the area that includes Camelot, Cumberland and Water Street. An ambulance has since left the site.
Police tell us they were sent to a reported assault in progress at the Midtown Inn at about 1:45 this afternoon. A male victim was located and paramedics provided treatment to him. His condition and injuries are unknown at this time.
Police are still guarding the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
