When he was born my youngest had to spend a couple of weeks in the NICU until he was strong enough to come home. It was a super stressful time for all of us (me, mom, grandma, big brothers) and we were so grateful to the nurses in the NICU for all of their care. I know our story isn’t uncommon and you may have a similar story, or at least likely know someone who does. When I saw this come up on my feed this weekend I knew I wanted to get the word out about it. It’s an awesome fundraiser happening THIS THURSDAY, September 26th to support our NICU and ICU in buying a continuous EEG machine to help monitor babies who quite often have seizures without showing any outward signs. It’s a paint night AND a silent auction with a host of amazing prizes! Tickets are $45 each with $15 of each ticket going directly to the cost of the EEG Machine.
