Bistro One is getting new owners.
Former owner and chef Jean Robillard closed the dining establishment last weekend and is now officially retired.
In an answering machine message for the restaurant they say they are closed and will be reopening sometime in September.
The voicemail goes on to thank their loyal customers for their patronage.
