You can help out a good cause and take your dog for a walk this fall.
Bark for Life in support of the Canadian Cancer Society is coming back on Sunday, September the 8th.
Organizer Emily Groulx tells us dogs play an important role in the fight against cancer.
“They are such a good support system. They are so loyal and they are there for you. In our office, we have a therapy dog named Waffles and we’ve seen him do miracles for people who walk through our door.”
The goal for the fundraiser at Boulevard Lake is $10,000.
