Stanley Cup Coming Back To Thunder Bay

St. Louis Blues defenceman Robert Bortuzzo is bringing home the Stanley Cup.

He’ll be celebrating his team’s victory at a free public event this Tuesday at the DaVinci Centre.

You can get a photo with you, Bortuzzo and the cup from 1 until 3 that day.

PRO Kids will be onsite selling official St. Louis Blues 2019 Stanley Cup Championship mini sticks for $10 each. All funds raised will be in support of the local charity that makes recreation opportunities accessible to children and youth who are otherwise unable to afford program fees.

Parking will be available throughout neighbourhood streets, and accessible parking will be located in front of the DaVinci Centre building. You are asked to carpool or take public transit if you can.

Attendees are asked to follow directional signage to line-up for their chance to see the Cup. Seating will be available within the line-ups inside of the venue, and the stage will be fully accessible. If additional accessible accommodations are required, residents can contact the Office of the City Clerk at 625-2230, to make arrangements.
