This is awesome! The day before tonight’s Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals, St. Louis Blues star Ryan O’Reilly was in a music store in Boston. A dude recognized him and struck up a conversation. John Corrado, who was shopping for an acoustic guitar, chatted with O’Reilly about music. After the convo, the Blues centre offered to buy John ANY GUITAR HE WANTED! Corrado told NHL.com he refused to accept at first but O’Reilly insisted, saying he really loves music and wants others to enjoy what he’s found special in his time playing guitar. Pretty amazing gesture, especially when you consider Corrado is a BRUINS fan! Who knows, maybe he’ll be singing the Blues from now on! Check out John’s tweet below and then an awesome video showcasing what kind of player Ryan O’Reilly is. Seems like he’s a super high quality guy off and on the ice.
