The Claude Garton School community is helping create a new green space at their school today.
EcoSuperior spokesperson Will Vander Ploeg tells us students will learn about the environment.
“It will get them thinking about water drainage and it will teach them about what goes into making a rain garden including plants.”
Before the volunteers can build their rain garden, they’ll have to remove 102 metres squared of ashphalt.
