Out Of The Darkness Memorial Walk Returns

It’s the 9th year for the Out of the Darkness Memorial Walk that aims to eliminate the stigma around suicide and mental health issues.

Organizer Margaret Hajdinjak tells us the walk sees some new people taking part each year.

“It continues to grow with new faces which is so unfortunate, but it is fortunate that there is a place for people to come to be together. New families, returning families who want to continue to come to the walk.”

The memorial walk is taking place on May 26th from one until three at Confederation College.
