Thunder Bay’s District Social Services Board plans to mail its social assistance cheques despite Canada Post rotating strikes.
Officials say they will be mailing out November social assistance cheques on Monday.
Ontario Works recipients who use the postal system to receive their cheques are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit.
