There’s still no word on when talks will resume for the Thunder Bay Health Unit and its nurses.
The Chair of the Board of Health Joe Virdiramo tells us they are not speaking publicly about the strike while it is ongoing.
The board gathered for their monthly meeting this afternoon.
The closed session was scheduled at the end of it so members could talk about a number of issues.
58 nurses are impacted by the strike and voted to walk off the job Monday.
Several members of the public attended the meeting.
