A September 2016 manslaughter case is going to trial.

A Superior Court Judge will hear the charge facing Armand Cummings.

Cummings is accused in the death of Mannie Spence whose body was found in a compound on 77 South Court Street.

Justice Frank Valente decided their was enough evidence to go to trial and made his judgement known late Friday afternoon.

Valente reviewed evidence and testimony provided to him during a preliminary hearing that was held earlier this year.

A trial date has yet to be set.
