Confederation College is welcoming students back as the start of a new school year is just around the corner.
They also have a new President at the helm.
Kathleen Lynch is returning to the school after leaving her position as the Dean of the School of Health in 2014.
“It’s a bit like coming home, because I did spend 14 years of my career here at Confederation College.”
She admits it’s a bit bittersweet, adding she enjoyed her role at St. Joseph’s Care Group where she worked after leaving Confederation.
Lynch replaces Jim Madder who retired recently.
Orientation starts on Tuesday at the Thunder Bay college campus.
