‘Old Fort’ Open Again

The city’s biggest tourist attraction is open again.

Fort William Historical Park has been closed since March 16th because of the pandemic.

As part of the reopening protocol fort officials have strengthened health and safety measures for staff and visitors.

“Since we have been able to return to the Fort, staff have been working hard to prepare the site. This has included… adjusting the site, programs and services to help ensure the health and safety of our staff and visitors,” says Sergio Buonocore, the fort’s General Manager

Fort William Historical Parkwill be open to the public 10:00am-5:00pm Wednesday through Sunday and will be offering a reduced entrance fee for the 2020 season at $5 per person.
