Faye Mary Facca

On October 20, 2025 we lost our beautiful mother Faye Mary Facca, after a lengthy battle with lung disease. As unmanageable as it is to think of the world without her, we take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Alexander.

Faye loved her family and friends unconditionally, always putting them before anything else, including herself. She was energetic, vibrant, funny, and never afraid to try new things. She loved to garden with her husband, loved to cook and entertain, always trying new recipes and gathering family and friends on a regular basis.

Faye loved to read and read thousands of books and despite being visually impaired taught herself to use technology better then most of us. She had an incredible passion for decorating for every holiday and always went out of her way to beautify her house for each season.

She enjoyed passing on her passions for cooking to her children and grandchildren

sharing famous family recipes.

She had such a knack for entertaining whether she was throwing a party for her besties Debbie, Gary, Gilda,Tony, Rick and Ally – AKA the Cuba Crew or having her family over, it brought her such joy. Through her example we learned to love life and enjoy each moment.

Faye was predeceased by her loving husband and best friend Alexander. Forever loved and adored by her son Joel (Kim) and best friend and daughter Lesley. She will be missed by her many beautiful grandchildren Jacob Vaillant, Cory (Cassie), Alessandra (Eli), Janna (Alex) and Stefan and her beloved great grandchildren Ava, Noah, Corrina, Cameron, Chloe and Maisie. Faye is also survived by her caring brothers Harry, Ron (Laurie), Ken (Candace) and brother-in-law, Dick (Barb) and much loved nieces and nephews.

Special thanks goes out to all of the wonderful staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital for taking such good care of Faye in her last days.

Mom, you will forever be loved and never forgotten.

May you be planting a beautiful garden in heaven with Dad!
