How much time do your spend scrolling through your phone?

How long do you find yourself scrolling through your phone? Would you say an hour a day? How about two hours? Three? Four?

A new study says the average person scrolls through their phone….equal to the distance of about 8 km’s annually. WHAT? 8 km’s of scrolling?

Picture this: if you started driving down the Expressway at Balsam…..traveled all the way to the Harbour Expressway intersection (that’s 8 km’s). That is how much you scroll in one year.

Should we put our phones down? You probably scrolled here to get to this article. LOL
