Crow Eats Lunch “Under The Radar” At Area Restaurant

The manager of the Eddy Restaurant in Kakabeka Falls was as surprised as anyone to find out musician Sheryl Crow ate there.

The rock star gave a shout out to the restaurant during her set at the Blues Festival Saturday night and manager Chris Barnes tells us he was in the crowd at the time.

Barnes explains since the employees are young and may never have heard of her, they likely didn’t realize it was Crow who had lunch there Saturday afternoon.

According to the restaurant manager, “she came in under the radar and left without anybody knowing,”

Barnes explains it was “really nice” to hear Crow mention the restaurant during her Saturday night set. (Staff photo)
