The playground at Boulevard Lake Park is set to close for maintenance work.
The closure is scheduled to begin on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.
Rubber surfaces at the park are being maintained.
During the closure, the adult fitness area will remain open.
The city hopes to have the work completed, and the playground reopened by Thursday.
The city noted that the work being completed is dependent on good weather, so rain could cause delays.
