The doors are open for prospective Personal Support Workers to enter a fast-track training program.
The province is accepting applications for the tuition-free program to prepare students for high-demand jobs in the health and long-term care sectors.
It aims to train Personal Support Workers in six months instead of the usual eight.
The Ford government says it’s part of a $115-million dollar recruitment drive to cover tuition for 6,000 of those students.
