We’ve got some fun lineup news to share on Country 105, and it’s bringing a fresh spark to the station.
First, we’re so excited to welcome Laura Zaina as our new Afternoon Announcer. Laura’s got an easy, natural way of connecting, a great sense of humour, and a real love for Thunder Bay. She’s jumping into afternoons with the kind of energy that makes the drive home feel lighter.
Laura says:
“I already know this is the best crew in Northwestern Ontario. I am so pumped to officially join the lineup and take you home every afternoon!”
Program Director Paige Kok adds:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Laura to the Country 105 team. She’s so widely known and loved in Thunder Bay, a true radio staple, she brings an incredible presence to our already amazing lineup. Her voice, her heart, and her connection to this community make her such a strong addition.”
And we’ve got good news for the midday crowd too, Jody is moving into Middays starting Monday when he’s back from vacation. He’s spent the past year building relationships in the community and connecting with our listeners. This move gives him space to grow even more and bring that personality into your workday.
Paige adds:
“We all adore Jody, and he’s absolutely not going anywhere. Moving him into Middays is a great fit! It keeps our listeners entertained through their workday and lets him continue to shine.”
