A section of MacDonell Street is set for an extended closure for road and infrastructure improvements.
The work is getting underway on Tuesday between Central Avenue and Squier Street.
Crews will be installing a storm sewer system, doing curb and gutter work and paving.
The project is expected to take approximately 14 weeks to complete.
During construction, local traffic will be permitted to access businesses within the closure area.
Motorists are reminded to drive with caution near construction zones.
