What elements make up “the perfect day”?

4 times a day, Danny brings you “TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD”. Danny shares ‘good news stories’ / ‘feel good stories’…kind of like your ‘daily dose of optimism’. You can hear it weekdays at 6:35am / 9:10am / 1:10pm / 4:35pm.

Here’s one from TODAY:

A U.K media company polled over 2,000 Adults and asked them what elements would make up a “perfect day”. Here’s the official breakdown of a PERFECT DAY:
…7 hours of sleeping, and waking up at 7:45am
…3 hours of watching movies / TV
…2 hours of eating

…3 hours of quality time with family
…1.5 hours of being on your phone

…just over 80 minutes dedicated to hobbies
…about 80 minutes with your friends
…1.5 hours listening to radio / music

…just over 1 hour with your pets
…45 minutes of exercising / 45 minutes shopping // and 45 minutes for napping!

FYI: the average adult feels they had 12 perfect days last year.
