Snow squalls could impact parts of HWY 11 & HWY 17 Monday morning

Drive carefully if you’re heading out on parts of Highway 11 and Highway 17.

Environment Canada has issued a snow squall warning for Beardmore, Jellicoe and Macdiarmid.

It’s due to lake effect snow off Lake Nipigon which will continue through Monday morning.

The forecaster says drivers should prepare for significantly reduced visibility in heavy snow and quickly deteriorating travel conditions.
