Charges laid in September hit and run

The Thunder Bay Police have laid charges in a hit and run collision earlier this fall.

Back on September 26th a pedestrian was hit in the parking lot of the County Fair Plaza on Dawson Road.

Police say the victim remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries.

As a result of an investigation with the Thunder Bay OPP a 24 year old man faces a number of charges.

That includes dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm, as well has several Highway Traffic Act offenses.

He appeared in court today (Thursday) and released with a future court date.
