Pen and Paper please!

From this morning’s “TODAY IN THE BAY”:

When you take notes at home or at work….do you prefer using the computer or a pen and paper? I’m a “PEN AND PAPER” guy.

A new survey claims that almost 65% of Canadians still place real value on taking notes by hand, and actually prefer to use a pen / pencil and paper. AND, even young Canadians, between the 18-34 range prefer a pen and paper.

80% feel that taking notes the ‘old school way’ helps improve memory retention. Colour coding is important to the younger generation………using pens with red, black or green ink.

FUN FACT: BIC is essentially the world’s leader when it comes to stationary items, including pens / and pencils. Last year: BIC’s revenue totaled close to $4 billion. The company was founded back in 1945 in France.
