Man Confirmed To Have COVID-19 In Ontario

Another case of the COVID-19, or Coronovirus, has been confirmed in Ontario.

On Friday, the province’s Chief Medical Officer of Health announced the man, in his 50’s, checked himself into hospital in Toronto.

The government adds the man arrived in Canada on Tuesday, with a travel history to Iran, and went to hospital the same day.

He was cared for at Sunnybrook hospital, then released home the same day, where he remains in isolation.

The chances of getting COVID-19 in Ontario are still very low, according to the government release.

However, the World Health Organization has raised the threat level to very high, globally, which has also caused the stock market to drop substantially, the worst since 2008.
