UPDATE: Post Office Cleared After Evacuation

Fire officials say they have cleared the scene of the Canada Post office on Alloy Drive today.

They were called to the building around 9:30 this morning after an unidentified white powder was found in one of the loading docks causing employees to be evacuated for most of the afternoon.

Officials tell us they have dealt with the substance and still do not know what it exactly was.

Employees have been allowed to return to the building and operations are underway again.
