Thunder Bay advised of heavy snow & hazardous driving conditions Tuesday

Roads could get dicey in Thunder Bay.

A winter weather travel advisory is in effect for the city.

Environment Canada says an Alberta Clipper will bring heavy snow at times to the area from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday night. Near 10 cm of snowfall is possible.

Expect reduced visibility and hazardous driving conditions – and adjust your travel plans accordingly.

For road conditions and other traveller information from the Ministry of Transportation, visit ontario.ca/511, twitter.com/511Ontario, or call 511.
