L.C.B.O……has a protective division? And some new shiny SUV’s.

From this morning’s “TODAY IN THE BAY”:

Does the L.C.B.O have their own Police Force? NO…but they did launch something pretty cool in the Toronto area. The question is – will it expand to other parts of the province?

People in Toronto have spotted several black SUV’s with the following logo: “LCBO – Resource Protection”.

According to The Liquor Control Board of Ontario quote, “it’s there to tackle criminal activity affecting our stores. We combine investigative expertise with leading edge technology, and data and analytics….working with police”. Interesting.

Thoughts? Let me know if you see one of these around town.
