Police are still looking for a suspect in a recent assault at the new Newfies Pub on Simpson Street.
Law enforcement was called to the bar on Friday night and say the accused had already left the area by the time they arrived.
The victim was sent to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Police say a weapon is believed to have been involved in the assault.
