Health Canada Recalls Makeup

Health Canada is recalling a number of cosmetics from Claire’s due to possible asbestos contamination.

The products include eyeshadow, compact powder and a contour palette.

Consumers should immediately stop using the cosmetics and return them to Claire’s for a full refund.

Approximately 4,880 units of the affected products were sold in Canada between October 2016 and March 2019.

As of March 26th, the company has received no reports of injuries.
